Return Process

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or contact our support team with your order number.
- 2.Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective foam to ensure the electronics are not damaged during transit.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
